Movement register
Whenever an office staff intends to leave the premises for any purpose (official or personal) or sent on official work before scheduled ending of office hour, he should be allowed in writing to leave the premises by the authorized official. An ideal movement register should have the following format –
If the maintenance of such a format is not feasible, just in a ‘movement register khata’, it should be mentioned the time of movement, purpose of movement, approximate time of return and the dated signature with designation.

Indent is a system whereby a health centre or a dispensary in the rural area requests drugs and logistic supplies according to their requirements up to the budget limit. The system serves the requirements from distant rural sub-centres, processing the requirements, pack and finally delivering the supplies to the health facility or dispensary. Qo-Quantity required
Mc – is the average monthly consumption (3Mc = for three months)
Si is stock on hand
The advantages:
1. It avoids wastages as the facility orders what it needs for 3 months.
2. It is impossible to order beyond the budget.
3. There is quality assurance for the products.
4. Delivery is made timely.
5. Opportunity of returning back poor quality products and being replaced with good ones.
6. No risk of drugs expiry.
7. The distribution costs are uniform to any destination.
